Jim's career navigated him around the world. He started off his career as an Apprentice Draftsman and then worked his way up to a Senior Ship Surveyor. All of his spare time was dealing with ships; boats were his passion. The money donation to the RNLI by his friends and loved ones will be in lieu of flowers. 

We have arranged for his name to be on a Shannon lifeboat based at Clifden. The money raised on this page, will go straight to the charity RNLI, in order to save lives.
