Following on from last’s years Tough Mudder Challenge (Which was definitely a challenge, on one of the hottest days of the year, plus time constraint of getting to the pub in time to watch the second half of the England match) we came up with the genius idea of doing something again this year... for some reason a half marathon came to mind. So we choose London’s Royal Parks half marathon. That’s right people 13.1 miles. I bet your legs are aching at the through of it!
Why? I hear you ask... Very good question! Well it’s all in the name of Charity. The Charity we have chosen to represent this year is Back Up Trust.
Back Up exists to transform the lives of everyone affected by spinal cord injury.
More detail about the charity below:
Unfortunately as training went on, 2 weeks out and I have been unwell and been advised to not run! (I have to say I’m gutted as I trained hard for this people)
Therefore please support Jimmy in this mad adventure by donating to his fundraising goal of £300.
And don't worry I will share picture of Jimmy making his way around the course.
Thanks again
