Okay.

I know that you (anyone with a Facebook account) gets bombarded with cries for money for charitable causes, so for that I am sorry, but I still wish for you to donate some money! I am riding in honour of my father who passed away last year with a heart defect and to raise money for research, resources and guidance to those that have heart conditions. There are many others that could use additional support, and the only way they will get the resources is from fund-raisers like these. So please donate generously.

It should be noted that since telling Neil and Webby about the cycle around Rutland Water, they have got on board and are joining me on the circuit. Please get in touch if you'd like to join.
