My best friend Felix tragically passed away on Holiday with me from a very rare form of meningitis. I was overjoyed when I found out that a bike ride in his honour was being organised to help raise money for The Meningitis Research Foundation, which funds research to prevent Meningitis and to improve survival rate and outcome. The Foundation also promotes education and raises awareness to try and reduce death and disability, on top of supporting people affected by this disease.
