Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people. As a team of 4, we are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event where we will cycle, hike and canoe to raise money for this incredible cause.With your help, we’re determined to make a real difference to children's lives.

George, Patrick, Ryan and I are all frantically trying to get training in to be race fit for the event - between sunrise and sunset we will be:

- Cycling 55 miles

- Hiking 7.5 miles (up and down Pen y Fan)

- Canoeing 2 miles

So we’ve got some work to do!

It’s going to be a fun but tough event, and we’d love to take this opportunity to raise funds and awareness for Action Medical Research, supporting all the great work they do in developing treatments and cures for the devastating illnesses that affect children and babies

Anything you can offer would be hugely appreciated in supporting this cause, and will certainly help motivate us when we’re dragging ourselves and our bikes up the Welsh mountain roads!
