On Sunday 7th July 2019, the Cancer Research Wales team will be running The Wales Marathon in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record the most runners linked to complete a marathon.

This was something that was suggested to me by a good friend [after this maybe not so good], and having had multiple family members & friends, past & present, been affected by this disease, I thought this was my way of helping & remembering them.

I now have a 10mth old daughter myself, and it is my hope is that when she is older, that this horrible disease will be a thing of the past.
