Story
In July 2015 while crossing the Queen Elizabeth Bridge to go and see Graham at the Frimley Park Hospital Michaela called me to say he was being discharged. The reason why I could not take in, he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Over the following 6 months not once did I hear Graham complain or ask the question many would. Why me? He faced every day good or bad with a positive attitude that was a reflection of the man he was. Sadly on the 15th of January he lost the fight 6 months to the day from his initial diagnosis.
At his funeral 250 people came together to pay their respect and support his incredible family who had been his life. Over £1,000 was raised in donations on the day and if possible I would like to match that. I am aware this is a large sum and I ask you all to give all you can so we can help raise awareness of this terrible disease and support the families who in future will have to go through what I saw Graham and his family face every day.
Please help me do this in his memory and let us make a difference.
Graham will always be missed, loved and remembered x
