I'm off to run the London Triathlon in support of the brain research trust.

I'm running for the BRT as they do alot of work researching Alzheiners disease which some of you may know has severely affected my Grandad, Doug Hardy. It's a disease that gradually restricts your world, so I want to do something that commemorates old Douggies adventurous, sporting spirit, which he kept going into his 80's!

I've got more than a triathlon to go to match that.

Please help me help people like my grandad deal with this disease as best as possible, and hopefully one day find a cure for it.
