Story

After the adventure on my bike last year, I'm off again to raise money for another great cause, the British Heart Foundation.

This year, I am cycling from London to Brighton in aid of the British Heart Foundation. In case you don't know of the BHF, they do loads of great work to reduce the number of premature deaths from cardiovascular disease in the UK. From research to awareness campaigns, they are worth every penny, and need your support.

There is also something personal for me, in that my dad did suffer a heart attack many years ago. Thankfully, he is still with us, but needless to say that it gave all of us a massive fright. If cycling for 50 miles means that one less family has to suffer something like that, then its worth it!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
