Story
Ethan and I are taking the challenge of climbing the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdon, the summit is 1,085m above sea level. However there's a twist . . . . . we start at 2am and climb for 4 hours in the dark, arriving at the top of the mountain for sunrise just before 6am.
Hopefully the weather will be good to us and we can share some amazing photos of the beautiful Snowdon National Park.
We'll admire the views for 20 minutes before starting the descent which after around 4 hours of walking up hill takes a further 2.5 hours downhill on some very tired legs, before a well deserved Welsh breakfast around 9am.
It will be a physical and mental challenge especially if your only 12 years old as Ethan will be. However the Shooting Star Chase charity is such a worthy cause and worth every step. If you could support Ethan and I we and the charity would really appreciate it.
Thanks
James & Ethan
