Story

I'd been looking for a challenge for a while and when Barry, my father in law, told me about The Cotswold Way Challenge I jumped at the chance to join him. We signed up to do it for MacMillan as it's a fantastic charity and we have all lost someone to, or known someone battle some form of cancer. I myself lost my grandad to lung cancer at the end of 2016 and have lost two friends at young ages to different types of cancer. I'm also fortunate enough to have met and know several cancer survivors and by raising what I can I will hopefully help towards there being more survivors than victims. 100k in one day is certainly going to be a challenge but it pales in comparison to what cancer suffers go through and that will be my motivation to see it through til the end. So please give what you can no matter how little. Thank you in advance for your support.
