It is The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity's sole purpose to ensure The Royal Marsden remains at the forefront of cancer treatment and research to be there for the growing number of cancer patients. The Oak Cancer Centre will increase capacity to see patients by 40 % and double the number of patients referred to the hospital for early diagnosis, saving more lives by catching cancer earlier. For the first time, The Royal Marsden will house over 300 world leading researchers alongside patients and clinicians driving forward advancements in cancer treatment, research and care. The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity needs to raise £70 million to build this pioneering new centre. To date, over £52 million has been raised.
Every pound raised will impact the lives of cancer patients in the United Kingdom and all over the world.
