The greatest marathon in the world. For the last 85 years, Diabetes UK has been at the forefront of diabetes research. We've discovered how to put type 2 diabetes into remission and were working day in, day out to find a cure.

Story

Currently 1 in 15 people in the UK have diabetes. Without the fantastic work of charities such as Diabetes UK many people wouldn’t get the support or education they and their families need. As someone with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 17 I've benefited greatly from the support they offer. The advice and materials provided over the years have been a great source of information and tools to tackle the day-to-day issues that crop up as a result of being T1.

That’s why in April 2023 I’ll be running the London Marathon in support of Diabetes UK. If you are able to I’d greatly appreciate it if you could sponsor me in this challenge.
