1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. I was that 1 in 8 men. I was lucky enough that it was caught early and with surgery I'm now on the other side and just need regular check ups. Others are not so lucky.

Prostate Cancer UK are leading the fight and investing millions to find better treatments and better tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early.

Their resources were invaluable to me and my family when our prostate cancer journey started. I want to give back to Prostate Cancer UK by taking part in March for Men in July, the money I raise will be used to fund vital prostate cancer research to save men's lives.

Anything you give will be so valuable to all those who have had their lives touched by prostate cancer.
