James Donachie - RSM Tenon Three Peaks Challenge 2010
Fundraising for British Heart Foundation
Fundraising for British Heart Foundation
Dear All
I have for the second time voluntered for the RSM Tenon 3 Peaks challenge. The challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales.
The mountains climbed, in order of elevation, are Ben Nevis in Western Scotland, 1,344 metres (4,409 ft), Snowdon in North Wales, 1,085 metres (3,560 ft), and Scafell Pike in North-Western England, 978 metres (3,209 ft). In all the challenge involves some 42 kilometres (26 mi) of ascent and descent, with total travel approaching 765 kilometres (475 mi).
While I believe I am up to the challenge, even though I am carrying a few extra pounds, I need support from you guys to help me acheive my fundraising target.
For those of you that know me well you will be aware that this charity is extremely close to my heart and my families.
Every year the British Heart Foundation save thousands of lives through donations and fundraising from events like this so please dig deep.
I thank you in advance for your support for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
