We fund research and raise awareness of MND to help anyone touched by MND.

Story

In early 2019, a friend / ex colleague Simon Brennan was diagnosed with progressive Motor Neurone Disease. He has thrown himself into raising money for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation (https://www.myname5doddie.co.uk/), which raises funds for research into the disease and provides financial support for those suffering from MND. Some of Simon's previous fundraising efforts and national press coverage can be seen here:

Im going to take part with the great people at Boom Cycle (https://www.boomcycle.co.uk/) who will host a 24 hour spinathon starting at 7pm on the 18th October at their studio in Waterloo. We will have two sets of riders. The competitive teams of six will ride, in pairs and in two hour shifts, unbroken for 24 hours. The non-competitive teams can have a team of as many people as they like up to 24 people doing an hour each

Boom Cycle have kindly offered to provide food and refreshments as well as shower facilities, sleeping space and towels. Plus they will host the afterparty once the ride is over!
