Story
Right, London to Brighton, that will be 54 miles then, mostly flat with a killer (for me) hill at the end. Doing it with my Dad so target #1 is to make sure I make it there in one piece with him! Target #2 is completing the course in 4 hours, hope the slow riders keep out of my way!
Reason for doing this is my Dad's mate having a triple heart bypass recently. I'm sure many of you know people who have been affected by heart disease so please dig deep and give generously for this charity!
