There are six of us from Penn and area who have all just completed the Round the Isle of Wight Challenge: 66 miles in less than 24 hours. Two of our group, James Piggin and Duncan Swallow completed the challenge in a heroic 19 hours 57; Charles Demery was next, and Vinny Hetherington, Richard Swann and I squeezed in at 23 hours and 35 minutes.

I am raising money for Alzheimer's Research: as anyone who has a relative suffering from Alzheimer's will know, this is a worthy cause that needs no further introduction, but we hope to have helped raise awareness.
