HMSCHIDDINGFOLD will be attempting to lift the ships weight within three hours, the ship weights approximately 700 TON this is in memory of my dear friend Julian Quick who died of a rare form of bone cancer called Ewings Sarcoma at the age of 28.

Each person will lift the amount below

Bench Press 354 times of the weight of 50KG
Dead lift 292 times of the weight of 40KG
Squat 389 times of the weight of 30KG
Military press 284 times of the weight of 20KG
