Story

16.10.2011 update : Cardiff Half Marathon complete! Another personal best too! This running lark is, dare I say it, getting easier!? A huge thank you to all who have sponsored me so far, and to Jon for coming down the bay and taking photos (will be posted in a couple of days).

So that's it...leg V complete; all finished. Or am I...........

01.10.2011 update : Rutland Water cyclo-athon complete, a punishing 63 miles! Thanks to Alex for sharing the hurt. Oh, and it does hurt today...!

25.09.2011 update : 10k completed in another PB (48 mins) on a flat but annoyingly windy course. Pictures from Captain Manwaring Photography on their way.....

17.09.2011 update : mountain run completed yesterday in the Black Mountains, 13.5 miles (not the planned 10!). Thanks to Dan for (a) knowing the way, (b) having a camera and (c) a Yorkie bar

12.09.2011 update : Nottingham half marathon completed in PB time of 1hr 51mins....thanks for everyone's support and good wishes!

This autumn I'm raising money for Macmillan cancer support, by racking up some miles......I'll be running the 'Robin Hood' Nottingham half marathon on Sunday 11th September, running up the mountains of Abergavenny (10 miles) on Friday 16th, running the West Pinchbeck 10k on Sunday 25th and cycling three laps of Rutland Water (63 miles!) on Friday 30th September. Then I'll put my feet up. Oh, and then it's the Cardiff half marathon on Sunday 16th October. A total of 105 miles! Any donations would be greatly accepted guys.
