Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having run the Great North Run last year for Tyneside Mind, with great success, it seems right to keep the momentum going and see what more can be done to help those who need help but don't have access to it.

Money raised will be used to produce a presentation to be delivered to companies and other organisations highlighting issues in mental health, symptoms and signs that might suggest someone needs further help and what can be done to help them.

It is well known that mental health receives astonishingly low funding, considering the enormous impact it has, and so campaigns such as this are important- with a real potential to make a difference.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page- see you at the finish line!
