Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Over two years ago my Dad, Jonathan Anstey, lost his battle with cancer which he bravely fought for almost a decade. He was suffering from the rare and aggressive form of cancer: Sarcoma.
Sarcoma UK is the only UK charity to be dedicating research into this type of cancer, and my dad supported everything they were doing.
My Dad never did things by half measures so Christy and I will be attempting to run 100km within 24 hours in memory of my dad. This physically demanding ultra-marathon is equivalent to two and a half marathons. More can be found out about this event at http://www.thamespathchallenge.com/
Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your generous donations. Every penny donated goes towards helping someone suffering like my Dad was.
