On this coming weekend, I will be pushing myself to do two events, both of which I'm equally unprepared for! 

Saturday 5th September - I will be running a 7K mud run, army style obstacle course. 

Sunday 6th September - I will be cycling from London to Brighton in a seven seater tandem! This also happens to be my 21st birthday!
