Running the London marathon is something I've always wanted to do and I've eventually plucked up the courage to do so for a great charity. I want to be a part of something special, a memory that will stay with me forever.

This summer I welcomed the arrival of my second son, Wilfred, a little brother for Felix who is now 8 years old. I want to make my boys proud and make a real difference to the future they will be a part of. It's also been a really tough year supporting close loved ones through extremely difficult times. Unfortunately we all know far too many that have become victims to this horrible disease. I'm ready to do my part and join this team. Movember is a charity that can really make a significant change to male cancers as well as supporting work with mental health which is something close to my heart. 

I look forward to updating you with my training progress as well as obligatory baby moustache photos. Here's to an exciting adventure.
