Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for Mission Motorsport.
In April 2023 I'm taking on the biggest challenge of my running life so far. I will be taking part in the Vale of Glamorgan Coastal Ultra Marathon. This is a 50km (32 mile) run along the welsh coast from Penarth Pier to Ogmore-by-Sea along the Vale of Glamorgan Coastline.

This will be the longest distance I have covered in a single run, along rough, wild and undulating terrain. With all the mandatory kit and whatever the welsh weather wants to throw at us on the day, it is going to be a pretty tough few hours and the potential to be quite lonely at times as well.
However, running 50km is nothing compared to the journey wounded, Injured and sick servicemen and women go through every day and Mission Motorsport, the Forces Motorsport charity aids in the recovery and rehabilitation of those affected by military operations by providing opportunities through motorsport and the automotive industry. For them, it's not a pretty tough and lonely few hours, it's months and years.
So I'm choosing to put myself through a big challenge for me, to raise £500 for those who have a much bigger challenge they didn't choose and raise awareness and support the brilliant work that Mission Motorsport do. If you are able please do donate, it would mean the world to me and to the servicemen and women.
