I am running the LA Marathon to help change the culture of mental health so those in need will receive the support they need and deserve. This last year has not been easy on either me or my wife, and if I have learned anything, it's that my mental health is just as important as my physical health. Please, take care of yourselves. Don't ignore your personal demons and don't be afraid to ask for help. Nobody is alone; we are in this together.
