On September 2nd I will be taking part in the South Coast 100km Ultra Challenge. 

This is a continuous 100 kilometre / 2100 metre elevation endurance event across the south coast from Eastbourne to Arundel. 

I will be taking part to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. This will be in memory of a long battle and eventual loss of my Grandad. Inspired by the remarkable fundraising work my sister Sophie has done over the years, I wanted to take on my own challenge to aid the fight against dementia and help provide charities with the funding and the families with the help they need to tackle the disease. 

Anything you could contribute will be immeasurably appreciated.
