Story

Hi, I'm James and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last week I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML), and I'm currently receiving chemotherapy. Only five weeks ago, my wife, Katie, gave birth to our first child Charlie, all cared for at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.

I have a long journey ahead of me with Leukemia as my new temporary normal, but the constant care and attention I'm receiving while I'm in hospital is truly exceptional. All from men and women who are overworked and underpaid.

I'm now in the hands of the NNUH professionals, so this fundraising campaign is the least I can do to help the fantastic team around me in a small way. Your support will be much appreciated by my self and my family.

All funds raised go directly to the NNUH nurses and specialists who are helping via the NNUH charity.

Right now, the world is a difficult place, so let's all be kind to each other.

With all my love. Thank you ❤️
