James, Anna & Lucy are taking part in the Hever Castle Triathlon next Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th September. They will be swimming in the very cold lake, then biking the beautiful lanes around Hever, then finally running through the grounds!!  Kirsty will be there as “Team Support & Coach”!!

They are raising money for an amazing organisation, called CRESS (Christian Relief & Education for South Sudanese).  James works as Chief Operations Officer for this incredible organisation.  CRESS helps South Sudanese refugees in Uganda to become self sufficient.  Do please view their website to find out more about this amazing organisation, at www.cressuk.org
