Story

Watch this space! James is on the Move! #starting today!

At 11.00am on Saturday the 29th of October 2022, I am starting my Incredible Bicycle Ride!

Get involved! Dress up for Halloween and cycle along with me, starting at Headway Devon at the Quay, to the Turf Locks Hotel AND back again!

Or;  follow along on the boat from the Double Locks to the Turf Locks Hotel, giving me some serious encouragement.
I will be cycling 12.6 miles, which would take 54 minutes for a speedy cyclist [with no disability]

BUT! I am going to aim to complete that time as close as I possibly can! ⌚

Watch this space for updates - the first cycle today down at Exmouth sea front was a breeze....thanks for visiting my page. 👍🏼

My sister, Emma, speaks, writes and reads for me.
Thanks Emma! 😊🦸‍♀️
