I've spent the last couple of years running the odd half marathon and 10k however this year I've finally decided to have a crack at the big one, the London Marathon.

 

I've chosen to run for Havens Hospices which incorporates Fair Havens Hospices and Little Havens which provide specialist respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for adults and children living with serious illnesses or conditions.
