Story
I am taking part in this walk to be able to support 3 incredible causes - Firstly for Jordan Sinnott - His sad passing brought the football world together and what his legacy has achieved is nothing short of incredible and would be so nice to be able to support this. For the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Huddersfield Town Foundation - 2 amazing causes that continue to need support but give so much back
Huddersfield Town are proud to launch the latest in our series of walk4pounds events raising funds to support the Jordan Sinnott Foundation in memory of the Huddersfield Town Academy graduate, the Huddersfield Town Foundation and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.Sponsored by The Skinny Food Co. the walk is in memory of former Town Academy graduate Jordan Sinnott, who's untimely passing occurred in tragic circumstances in January 2020. The walk is centred around the theme of 25 which was Jordan's age when he tragically died - taking place on Saturday 8 October ahead of our home fixture against Hull City, the full 25-mile route will begin at one of Sinnott's former schools, St Marys School Menston pass by Bradford City's Valley Parade before heading back to Huddersfield and the John Smiths Stadium in time for our 3pm kick-off.There is also an alternative route of 15 miles for those that would like to walk a shorter distance.
