Show Jakob we care by each donating a pound. Jakob is 3 and has Cerebral Palsy. He has been accepted for a life changing SDR operation that will get him out of his wheelchair and enable him to walk. Sadly the NHS do not fund this operation and it costs a massive £65,000. We know that people care, become a part of changing his future, all we ask is £1.
