Story
I've decided to take on a physical and mental challenge for 2019:
+ 100km (62 miles)
+ thousands of metres of ascent
+ Continuous (no sleep)
+ Estimated 23 to 30 hours.
+ Including all night
This is a REALLY tough challenge for me. The hardest section of the challenge will be after dark. Alone, lit only by torchlight, and after already hiking 30 miles, I'll have another 32 miles to go - rain or shine, with zero sleep. It's going to push me to my limits.

I will be doing it sponsored for an amazing local charity called Youth Adventure Trust.
They are a small charity based in Wiltshire who work with vulnerable young people aged around 11 - inspiring them with adventure and the great outdoors. The young people they support often have problems fitting in, can't communicate or make friends, are being bullied or aren't engaging with school. They support them through a three year program of mentorship and residential activities in contact with nature, inspiring them and building their confidence.
Their success stories are incredible. They're worth every penny of your sponsorship
