Jake has pledged to raise as much as he can for the NHS at this difficult time they are facing. Jake was born with cerebral palsy and he also suffers with multiple hereditary exotosis and epilepsy. The NHS has had a big part in his life with helping him with his many conditions so he would like to give back and help them out .

Jake has said on his daily walk next week he would walk 5 miles over the week . Jake tires easily so this will be a big challenge for him but his a warrior and never lets anything get in his way.
