Story
After completing my challenge for May and reaching my target I am staying true to my word and will now be running 75 miles in June.
I will also my upping the ante again and be completing 75 reps per day split between squats, sit ups and push ups.
I am extremely grateful for those who have donated and I have upped my target to try and raise more money for Mind through out June.
Most people in the UK will be affected by mental health in one way or another. I personally have been affected and know of people who have been affected.
It’s okay to not be okay, but when you’re not okay, there has to be someone you can go to! That’s why I’m raising money for Mind, they’re a great charity who help lots of people in their darkest time!
