Story

After discovering that Jake's cousin Alison has suffered with MS we have been inspired to run the London marathon. Our aim is to raise money for a charity that helps support people diagnosed with MS so they can live a better life.

S
ymptoms of Multiple sclerosis include loss of balance and co-ordination, severe fatigue, tingling in different parts of the body and problems with thinking and processing thoughts. MS can have devastating affect to daily lifestyle and mental health.

But why MS-UK?

MS-UK is not a research based charity. MS-UK is a national charity dedicating to empowering people affected by multiple sclerosis to live happier and healthier lives. They are here for the 130,000 people that have MS, their family and carers. They work to improve the understanding of MS and provide support where it is needed most. Services include a helpline providing information and emotional support, a national telephone counselling service and a bi-monthly magazine called New Pathways. Everything they do supports people to manage this incurable condition and increase their health and well being.

Thank you so much for your donation !
