Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On May 7th I will be attempting the Horwich Triathlon, initially I signed up as a means to keep fit after I had been forced to hang the rugby boots up due to injury but after coming across Head Up I thought it would a perfect way to help raise funds.

Head up is a veterans and armed forces mental health service that is fundraising to open a retreat with the aim of equipping attendees with the tools to be proactive when dealing with their mental health, these tools include everything from exercise and nutrition to a range of alternative therapies as well as countless more.

As a small, relatively new charity a little goes a long way so thank you in advance.
