Story
After witnessing the impact The Junior League has on our local communities during my time in The Junior League of Greenville, I made the easy decision to transfer to The Junior League of Charleston (JLC) to contribute to the organization's impact in the Lowcountry.
The JLC is the oldest women's training and volunteer organization in the Lowcountry. Our work is unique in that we collaborate with local organizations to address urgent needs in the community. Our mission focus of training women leaders ensures sustainable solutions and impact in every area of life. Through partnerships with local non-profit organizations such as the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center and Florence Crittenton House, we're helping to combat child abuse, and providing safety and opportunity to young women in order to instill self-worth and self-sufficiency. With this, the JLC is impacting the social, economic, health, and educational fabric of the Tri-County region.
Your donation to my LBDI and the greater JLC organization will help ensure that children and young women have a safe environment to prosper in the Lowcountry.
Thank you,
Jaime
