Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

 I am raising funds in memory of a close friends, and comrade 'Sav', who was tragically taken from us, along with two other brothers in arms, on the 30th April 2013, in Afghanistan. 

Every year, Sav would religiously raise funds for charity, by growing a moustache during the month of 'Movember', and would rope as many of us in as possible to join him. He would also put many of us to shame, as 3 days into November, he would be sporting a tash that would not look out of place under a Sombrero, whilst the rest of us could only look on in envy! (I would always get fed up, and not complete the full month, but this time I'm in it for the duration)

In Sav's honour, we are calling it 'Savember' from now on, and are striving to raise funds and awareness for a charity that has been there to support the families of our fallen heroes, in this sad and challenging time.
