On Saturday 13th May I'll be walking the Full Continuous Jurassic Ultra Challenge - 100k (62 miles!) I'll be doing this alongside my incredible Sisters without stopping (only for food, water & toilet stops) we're hoping to complete the challenge within 30hrs . 

I'm doing this challenge in memory of my stepdad who took his own life just 3yrs ago . I promised myself I would raise awareness for men's mental health given how tragic the statistics are for suicide in boys/men between the ages of 9 to 50 . Shockingly suicide is the biggest killer of boys/men in this age range!
