I know this is late notice but my amazing nan passed away last week, me and my family wanted to do something for the amazing charity the Sam Beare Hospice who treated my nan exactly like the incredibly special person she was! 

I have lived with my nan every day for my entire life and will miss her greatly but i take great ease in knowing that she was treated so beautifully in the last few weeks of her life, she called those nurses her angels. So please donate as much as you can to help these people keep doing the amazing job they do :)
