Hi, I am Jade. I am running the Birmingham 10k in the hopes that I can raise as much money as possible for Birmingham Children's Hospital. The hospital relies so much on fundraising and donations and have suffered drastically due to the pandemic. So many fundraising opportunities were missed last year so they need your support now, more than ever.

Your donations will make a such a difference to the lives of sick children and their families. Because of the generosity of so many kind donations, the children's hospital remains an incredible and welcoming place for children going through the most difficult times. I know this because I have been through this myself.

My daughter, Mabel, was born with a congenital heart defect.
At just a few days old, she had life saving heart surgery and again just before her second birthday.

Mabel is beautiful inside and out. I cannot imagine our lives without her. If it wasn't for the Childrens Hospital she would not be here.

The Children's Hospital do incredible things every single day so please donate if you can. As little or as much as you can afford. It all adds up 😊

The money raised in donations goes towards buying new equipment, ward environment, medical research, patient education and welfare and loads more.
