After losing my beautiful sister at the age of 30 I knew I wanted to do something to make her proud and work hard to ensure that people would never have to go through the pain that myself and my family went through. I want to make her and my mum (my guardian angels) proud of everything I achieve and this is a massive step for me! Having run six Half Marathons, two 10K's, and countless charity walks I have decided to up than anti and take on the Race for Life Marathon - Yes, you're right, I must be mad! HOWEVER - I know that my sister will be there every step of the way.
