So my friend Alison and I are going to run together at The Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday 16th October 2022. This will be our longest run EVER individually and as Runner & Guide too. Crazy ladies! It's going to be tough, but we've trained and we're going to beat those 10 miles together & supported by our friend Nikki.

As an Ambassador for Sussex Cancer Fund (SCF) I have seen the difference they have made for cancer patients and survivors with the help & support they offer. From providing basic essentials to rebuilding & refurbishing the Sussex Cancer Centre based in Brighton. They've also supported reasearch projects for blood, brain, breast & bladder cancers.

The Sussex Cancer Fund works with the NHS to create new and improved facilities for cancer care in Sussex. It is likely that every Cancer Patient in Sussex will have benefitted from something the Sussex Cancer Fund has provided. #RaisedInSussexStaysInSussex.
