To mark the first anniversary of my lovely dad passing away, I will be entering this years Tough Mudder on the  12 September.   To anyone unfamiliar with this, it is a 10-12 mile military style obstacle course designed to test both physical and mental strength.   To be honest am scared of heights, water, enclosed spaces, mud and being electrocuted....so this will be a really tough challenge for me and my team , but I will do my best!   I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me no matter how small.   All money raised will be donated to St Josephs Jospice where my dad was fortunate enough to spend his last few weeks of life surrounded with his family and grandchildren every day. The love care devotion and dignity that both my dad and my family received during a very difficult and sad time I will never forget.  We all never know whats round the corner and to have such establishments such as St Josephs and other hospices in all our communities is vital in providing end of life care and respite for terminally ill people.
