The time has come for me to risk public humiliation and run the world famous sprint race that is the Olney Pancake Race. It is fair to say that I am a bit nervous about burning out half way round!

My main reason for risking such embarrassment is to raise funds for our local hospice which is such a great support to my father-in-law, James, and the family.
