I've known so many people who have been affected by cancer, including my mam and nan. They are sadly no longer with us, but the care, treatment and support they  and the family received at Velindre Cancer Hospital was world class.

This self funded specialist hospital, not only looks after patients but carries out amazing research into finding cures and better treatments for those affected by this hideous disease. With one in two people now being affected by cancer, I just wanted to do my part and raise some money to help contribute to the amazing work done here.
