Jacob was born 2 months early on 20th March 2013.  It was a very scary time but Jacob received amazing care, we had fantastic support and after 3 long weeks we were finally able to bring him home from hospital.  There have been ups and downs along the way but Jacob has done amazingly and we are so excited and grateful to be planning his 1st birthday!!

We want to say thank you for enabling Jacob to make it through those first scary months, and give something back so that other babies will get the care that Jacob had.

If you were thinking of getting a present for Jacob this year, we would really appreciate it if you could donate the money to Bliss instead, as it is with their work that Jacob will be celebrating his birthday and with their work that many more babies will be able to enjoy their birthdays too.
