I'm Jacob, I'm 5 years old and I have cerebral palsy which means I am unable to to walk by myself and need to be fed through a tube.

 

I am a happy little boy who enjoys life. I attend my local primary school and am at the top of my class.

 

I love going out with his family but my current car harness is old and worn so I need a specialist car seat that will allow me to continue experiencing new things and spending time with my family.
